Today, our friends Kris Horlacher and Kim Hofmann join us on the Dayton Women in the Word Podcast!

Kris wants to live in a place where heaven is. When Kris is not spending time with her family, working, or with her friends, you can find her working out. Her favorite Scripture is Daniel 3:17: "We do not need to defend ourselves in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. But, even if he does not, we will not serve your gods or worship the image of gold you have set up." 

Kim wants to live in a place where Jesus physically reigns. When she is not doing wife and mom tasks, you can find her working on Bible Study Fellowship or opening her home to high schoolers. One Scripture she finds particularly comforting is Romans 8:28: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."
