We welcome J.Y. How-VanderMeer to the DWITW Podcast this week! J.Y. shares how Matthew 11:28 sparked her attention to who God was outside of a church when she was a young girl, which caused her to wonder more about Him. She also tells of the time when she was first invited to church after a heartbreak, where John 14:27 showed her a God who gives peace.
J.Y. wants to live in a world where love for one another abounds and teleportation is possible so that traveling home doesn’t take 27 hours. When she's not teaching, rehearsing, or performing you can find her cooking Asian and American food, practicing piano and singing, or enjoying time with her husband, Philip, and their doggy, Reese.
